We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Client Support Hub that brings a fantastic new service for our digital clients.

The Client Support Hub is designed to make it quicker and easier for clients with a website support plan to raise issues, request improvements and track the general maintenance of their website.

New ticketing system

Our new ticketing system make is easy for a client to request updates or report any potential bugs on their website. Once a client raises a ticket, it will be sent to the support team and dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Once a ticket has been raised, the client can track the progress of their request and communicate with the engineer working on the ticket.

A personalised experience

The Client Support Hub has been designed with our clients central to the user experience. We’ve been working hard to create an experience that is efficient, but also personal. When a client logs into their account, they will have the option to customise their profile with a custom profile picture and cover photo.

The hub will also greet the client with different messages, dependent on the time of day that they log in.

A hub for everyone!
